DESCRIPTION
A polyethylene film infused with a corrosion inhibiting formulation designed to provide corrosion protection for ferrous or non-ferrous metals.
VCI FILM protects by wrapping the metal object with sheet,bag,etc.The VCI vaporizes and condenses on all metal surfaces,reaching all exposes and recessed areas.
FEATURES

○Transparent: easy to identify products, allows visual inspection without unwrapping
○Flexible: available as bags, resealable bags,tubing,sheeting.
○Heat sealable
○Available in 0.05mm to 0. 15mm thickness

METHOD OF APPLICATION
○When using VCI FILM sheeting, should be completely wrapped or shrouded to prevent entry
of moisture or air
○Protected product should be handled and stored to prevent puncture, tearing, or ripping of VCI Film
○Insert product in bag or pouch and close securely to prevent entry of moisture or air
○Products should be placed within 30cm from Film
