VCl-PM is a Kraft paper that is saturated with a chemical formula that provides corrosion protection of ferrous
or non-ferrous metals
DESCRIPTION
○Does not contain silicons, phosphates, or heavy metals.
○Protected equipment can be used immediately without degreasing or cleaning.
○Provides up to 24 months of continuous protection.
○Protected Metals: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Galvanized, Cast iron, Tin plate,Cadmium, Nickel
○Usage: Use approximately 1 square foot of VCI Paper for every feet of surface to be protected, and 1 square foot of VCI Paper for every 0. 5 cubic foot of void space
○Storage :VCI Paper should be stored indoors at ambient temperature, sealed with their original packaging
○Packaging: Paper is available in roll and sheet in standard and custom sizes
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Keep VCI Paper as close to the surface of the product as practical and have no barrier between the VCI Paper and metal surface in order to be protected
For long term storage, enclose wrapped product in airtight package
This can be applied to automotive parts, tools, electric equipments, spare parts, and components during the shipping and storage.
