A Palletized concentrate pre-blended in the form of low density polyethylene use in
relations with LDPE or LLDPE resin to produce VCI polyethylene film for the protection of ferrous or
non-ferrous metals.
METHOD OF USAGE
When extrusion VCI PALLET: PE RESIN= 1: 50(Base
on Thickness 0. 1mm)
Add color when necessary
Machine Temperature: 180 C-190 C(RESIN FOR
MULTI-METAL). 200 C(RESIN FOR FERROUS
Extruding Method: BLOWING
Packing unit: 25KG per ALUMINUM BAG
